Where do I stay for Perspectives at Innovation Summit Las Vegas? 
We are thrilled to be hosting Perspectives at Innovation Summit Las Vegas at Resorts World Las Vegas, one of the newest hotels located on the Strip. 

 

How do I book travel for Perspectives at Innovation Summit Las Vegas?  
You are responsible for air and ground transportation to Perspectives at Innovation Summit Las Vegas. When traveling from the airport to the Resorts World complex, please specify whether your reservation is in the Conrad or Hilton tower. This information will be provided before you arrive and will ensure an easy check-in.

 

How much do hotel accommodations cost?  
We’ve secured a special rate of $229 plus a daily resort fee of $40 and all taxes, at the Conrad and Hilton towers inside the Resorts World complex. The total cost per night is $357.52. You are responsible for hotel accommodation cost. 

 
How do I book a hotel room?
Once you've registered for Perspectives at Innovation Summit Las Vegas, we will reserve a room according to the dates you've specified you're attending. You will receive an email confirming which tower you are in closer to the event.

 

How do I find more hotel information? 
If you have any questions, please visit the Resorts World website or please reach out to innovationsummitna@gmail.com. Please do not contact the hotel directly.  

 

When should I arrive?  
When booking flights, please keep in mind the welcome reception scheduled for Monday night, October 10 at 5 p.m. You don’t want you to miss it! We recommend arriving Monday, October 10 and departing Friday, October 14.

What do I wear to Perspectives at Innovation Summit Las Vegas? 
The dress code for Perspectives at Innovation Summit Las Vegas is business casual attire. We recommend bringing a sweater or jacket for indoor spaces and checking the weather before arriving.  

 

How will COVID-19 be handled at Perspectives at Innovation Summit Las Vegas? 
In light of the rapidly evolving COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) situation, the health and safety of all our stakeholders is our top priority. We continue to monitor local health and government regulations and act accordingly. Meeting your expectations is a key priority for us.  If you have already registered for Perspectives at Innovation Summit Las Vegas, you will be informed directly if there are any changes due to COVID-19. Masks will not be required at this year’s event. However, we will incorporate social distancing protocols and provide hand sanitization stations.  If you do not feel well or were recently exposed to COVID-19 prior to Perspectives at Innovation Summit Las Vegas, we recommend getting testing before the event.

 

How can I get around Las Vegas? 
Please keep in mind that rideshare services, including Uber, Lyft, and taxis in Las Vegas require pick-up at designated locations. They are clearly labeled throughout the city and are stationed at most hotel entrances.


Where do I check in to Perspectives at Innovation Summit Las Vegas? 
There will be several registration desks stationed at Resorts World Las Vegas where attendees can check in. One will be located in the promenade outside of the main elevator and another will be outside of the Rose Ballroom. They will be marked with large welcome banners for easy identification.  There will also be a help desk nearby for questions and assistance.


When does on-site event check-in open and what is the process? 
Attendees can check in for the event during the following times:

• Monday, Oct. 10 from 1 p. m. – 7:30 p.m. (Local time, PST)

• Tuesday, Oct. 11 from 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Local time, PST)

Attendees must have their confirmation email with either their registration barcode or QR code. This will be sent in early October. At event check-in, attendees will receive a badge and lanyard. At the end of the event, the lanyard can be recycled at specified drop-off sites.

 

How can I help create a more sustainable world? 
Glad you asked! To support our mission of sustainability, we will be recycling event lanyards at the end of the conference. Please look for designated drop-off bins throughout the conference where you can discard your lanyard. You can also take action with small steps like bringing your own reusable water bottle and reusing your bathroom towel at the hotel.
